Feller now offers power cords with Chinese approvals for electrical, medical, and industrial markets. This cordage is extruded in house and is available with 3C x 0.75 mm² or 3C x 1.0 mm². Cordset are rated up to 10A with maximum voltage rating of 250VAC.

Power cords can be made using IEC320 connectors or custom stripping and end terminals. Cord sets can be made in various lengths with several colors to choose from. Services include EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), worldwide drop shipments and special packaging such as kitting, automated bagging, labeling and coiling.

Under this agreement several European approval marks will be replaced with a single ENEC Mark. This will eliminate the need to obtain separate national certification marks for each country allowing the flexibility to use a power cord in several European countries.

Feller has several IEC 60320 combinations in stock with the ENEC Mark. Cord sets can be made in various lengths with several colors to choose from. Custom stripping and end terminals are available upon request. New Brunswick, NJ – June 10, 2002 – Feller U.S. Corporation a leading global supplier of power supply cords announced that the company moved to a new facility in New Brunswick, NJ. The recent expansion will allow Feller to become a fully integrated manufacturer to fulfill customer demands with quick turn around time and increased inventory. A new molding machine as well as an Automated Cutting Line has been implemented. Feller’s new assembly line added the capability of assembling Ready – to – wire IEC320 NEMA plugs & connectors and IEC309 pin & sleeve products onto cords. “With our new molding machine and assembly line our capabilities are increasing. We are able to expand the production of our plugs and connectors and offer made – to – order custom cordsets to meet customer needs,” said Gregor Kysely, President of Feller U.S. Corporation.

Feller now offers the new C6 and the 498GH Brazilian plug that can be molded to national and international cordage. Another addition includes the VERY HOT C15A, which is rated at 155ºC according to EN60320. Europe and the US will require restriction of certain hazardous substances such as lead in electrical goods and their components in the near future. Feller is now able to extrude lead-free PVC Power Cords for UL/CSA and IEC/HAR to comply with these requirements.
